At J.F. Taylor, we develop electrical, mechanical, and software components that are integrated into one seamless operational product. We design, fabricate, and integrate military technologies that include communication, navigation, computational, and other warfighter critical systems.

Software engineers and developers typically use C, C++, C#, and/or Python to develop applications for MS Windows or Linux operating systems and lower-level programming to develop FPGA solutions and other real-time embedded applications. Our software products include models to replicate avionics, aerodynamic, weapons, communication, and navigation systems. We also develop simulation systems software and instructor/operator simulation control software. Our technical experts develop visual and multispectral databases to immerse the trainees in a high-fidelity real-world simulation to maximize the training or testing event.

Our hardware engineers use Autodesk AutoCAD, PTC Creo, and PTC Windchill design tools to create complex solutions. Our fabrication capabilities bring those designs to life to support rapid prototyping solutions and large scale production.
